Where do we ship from? Orders are fulfilled from the United States in cooperation with our logistics partners.
Order processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placement. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery times Delivery times depend on the destination and selected carrier:
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or exceptional situations.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
International shipping & customs International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict them.
